About This Event
For those collaborative professionals who have been introduced to the Insight Approach to Conflict, this Online Learning Group will help to guide you as you delve more deeply into the Insight Approach. The learning group will involve reading and reflection, along with participation in 5 weekly 2-hour Zoom meetings in November, 2020. The goal is to deepen your skill and insight so that you can be more effective managing conflict.
Tentative dates are Fridays at 8 am Sydney AUS time zone - adjust for your time zone - November 6 - December 4.
Jacinta Gallant will lead this Learning Group. As a student of Dr. Cheryl Picard, the founder of Insight Mediation, Jacinta has spent the past five years challenging her own thinking about conflict and applying Insight skills and approaches to her collaborative and mediation practice. Jacinta is an effective teacher of the Insight Approach. As a lifelong learner, she continues to study and apply the principles and practices of Insight.
In this Learning group, you will be challenged professionally, and personally, to not just tinker with what you already know, or add another tool to your "toolbox". In a supportive, small group, we will engage with the Insight Approach and learn how it transforms conflict - for you, the learner, and for the clients and teams (friends and family) you work with. Join us!
We will meet online via Zoom on 5 consecutive weeks Fridays at 8 am Sydney AUS time zone - adjust for your time zone starting November 6 and ending December 4.
We will make adjustments to work with different time zones and may offer a second Learning Grouo to accommodate.
Make a cup of coffee or tea and stay home as we learn together via Zoom.
